Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This page is maintained by Women's Flow to explain how we handle your data. Your health information is deeply personal — protecting it is core to everything we build.
1. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your account details (email, date of birth), and the health data you log in the app — including cycle dates, symptoms, mood, and any notes.
We also collect limited technical data (device type, app version, crash reports) to keep Women's Flow working reliably.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to power the app's features: predicting your cycle, generating personalized insights, and helping you understand your health patterns.
Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve our prediction models. You can opt out of contributing to research at any time in Settings.
3. What we never do
- We never sell your personal health data to third parties.
- We never share individually identifiable cycle or symptom data with advertisers.
- We never require you to link a real-name identity to use the core tracker.
4. Security
Health data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and audited.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe you've found a vulnerability, please email security@futurehealth.example.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app under Settings → Privacy.
Depending on your region (EU, UK, California, and others), you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.
6. Subprocessors & integrations
We use a small number of vetted service providers for hosting, analytics, and customer support. A current list is available on request.
7. Children
Women's Flow is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in certain regions). If we learn we've collected data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We'll notify you in the app before making material changes. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
